Jill Willcox - Job Programmer

Jill's role as Job Programmer came about as part of Guyco's expansion programme.

"I've been at Guyco eight years, now," she says, "doing the same sort of work, but with a different customer base."

As Guyco's business focus evolved, so the need arose for an experienced job programmer who could work well with both an established and new customer base.

As someone with proven ability to liaise effectively between clients, subcontractors and staff, and see a job actioned, Jill was a natural choice.

"I take all work enquiries and pass them to the scoper to quote," Jill says.“Once jobs are approved, I allocate them to the appropriate trade and liaise with the client through to job end.”

Jill loves working at Guyco. “There’s a great atmosphere here,” she says, “with strong leadership and a team that works well together. But my greatest satisfaction comes from talking to a happy client at the end of their job.”
